Welcome

nsfSleepAwareness

National Sleep Awareness Week starts on Sunday, March 3th and ends on with the return of Daylight Savings Time on Sunday, March 10th. Lucky for us, living in Hawaii, we will not have to deal with losing one hour of sleep like the rest of America.

This is a good time for all of us to review our sleepy habits (bad and good) and make improvements. Our first step  toward being “more aware” is to launch this SLEEP WELL HAWAII blog. So please join me and the rest of Hawaii on the path to sleeping well. It’s better for your health and well-being. You’ll feel better, drive safer, and make better decisions. Now, that’s a mission I want to be a part of! Listed in the tab above are sleep tips so you can move toward making sleep a priority in your life.

Is sleep a priority in your life? What changes can you make today for better sleep? Let’s us know by sharing in the comments below. And don’t forget to “like” us on Facebook.
